The MyRinkFinder Story:
I'm an IT guy by day and hockey Dad by night, and weekend, and at 6am on a Sunday and any other godly hour we can find ice. I enjoy making useful websites and decided to embark on a project that would keep me busy and help my children's hockey club at the same time.
If one parent finds this site useful then I did my job! If it goes unused at least I can said I had a good time making it.
At first I was just going to include the hockey rinks in the NJ area, then I expanded to the neighboring states and finally, the entire United States of America.
If people find this site useful, I will continue to expand into Canada and maybe the rest of the planet.
However, I am only one guy and this is my pet project, so I am not moving at the quickest pace.
