You are receiving this message because you have not entered your 2025-2026 USA Hockey number into the Wolfpack Player & Staff portal. 

When you log in to the Coach / Manager Dashboard, you'll see a prominent banner highlighting any outstanding requirements.

Once in the staff profile you can edit and update your requirements

• Click Staff Profile
  
• Click the BLUE upload button to upload your USA Cert
  
• Click the YELLOW button to enter the new USA number

If you LOST or FORGOT your password
