Paul sent an email that had some scheduling information over the weekend. I loaded the summer ice schedule for each team into Sports Engine. There are a lot of teams this season and lots of ice slots. If you could take a moment and login to sports engine to verify accuracy it would be appreciated. 

All managers have access to their schedules in Sports Engine to add / remove / change games and events. 

You can edit the schedule on your PC

• Go to www.WoodbridgeWolfpack.com
• Select TEAM page from the main menu (find your team)
• Click the Team Center Link
  • From Team Center click schedule
  • Click +Event To add Practice or Event
  • Click +Game To add a Game

PLAYER PORTAL NEW FEATURE - PLAYER NOTES

You can now add notes to each player record in the Manager Dashboard.

just go to your team view and EDIT the player record you want to add a note to. When adding a new note it will only be visible to admins and managers - UNLESS YOU CHECK OFF "Visible to Player Portal" box - This will allow the parents to see the record too!

This can be helpful if there is something that you would need to remember about the player, like if they have a peanut allergy, or if you want to remember something specific about the player or family. Just remember checking the box allows the player to see the info too.
