Wolfpack Families New & Returning -

We are excited to announce that we are able to take the first steps toward getting back to hockey for the upcoming season. To confirm your interest in playing with the Woodbridge Wolfpack this fall an online registration form will need to be completed.

This form will allow us to being placing players on teams and prepare for the season. Our coaching staff will be reaching out to you, so please when completing the form be sure all your information is accurate.

To begin the registration process please read all the details below:

- Renew your 2020-2021 USA Hockey Registration and have your number on hand. (USA RENEWAL)

- A $50 deposit will be due at the end of the registration process, which will be applied to your tuition.

-As per Atlantic District Rule, at the time of contract signing all families will be provided with a hardship refund waiver.  This will allow termination of the contract, for COVID 19 related financial reasons, through 7/31/2020.  The policy states  that If a contract is terminated, that player can not roster with a competitive club.

Team assignments and contracts cannot be offered before the June 11th Tier II signing date.
