Managers -

I hope this email finds you all well! Most of our older Midget teams have been playing since early August, but this weekend is the opener for our Bantam and under teams. I just wanted to send out a few reminders for everyone.

• Don't forget to confirm your games for this coming weekend. Check the master schedule (Scroll Down For Link) to see who you are playing and reach out to the opposing team manager
  
  
• Enter your games into the sports engine - All managers have access to update their team page in Sports Engine. Check the master schedule, and check the master practice schedule and add / update as needed (Scroll Down For Link)
  If you need help entering games, please let me know and I will assist!
  
  
• Home League Games: Remember use SCAN BOT or similar scanning app and email ALL NJYHL league score sheets to me. If you are having a parent do the score sheet please go over it with them.
  Stuff they usually leave out:
  • GAME NUMBER (on top of sheet)
  • GOAL TENDER (Names and numbers)
  • SCOREKEEPER NAME (bottom center)
  • USE CLOCK TIME (not elapsed time for goals /penalty)
• Parents should have access to Sports Engine: Invites have been sent to all parents so they are able to access their players schedule on the SE app. If they are having issues, please let me know and I will re-send the invite.

New managers if you are curious.

Next week I will be leaving packs of "sweep stakes tickets" for you to distribute to your team. Each player will be assigned 15 - $10.00 tickets ($150) To sell to their friends and family If they can sell more than 15 GREAT - I will have more... but each player is expected to sell a minimum of 15.

How the game works: The tickets follow 10 weeks of the NFL season. Each week you are assigned 3 random teams printed on your ticket. If your random teams for that week have the highest combined score vs the other tickets YOU WIN! (there are also runner up prizes) so 4 chances to win each week for 10 weeks.

The ticket holder does not need to do anything, prizes will be mailed to them directly.
