Wolfpack Families,

We hope you and your family had a wonderful holiday season.  Now that hockey is back in full swing parents are having questions about tuition payments.

As we all can agree this has been difficult year with shutdowns, Covid-19 exposures team shutdowns pertaining to CDC guidelines and protocols by the state of New Jersey and USA Hockey.

The Wolfpack Hockey Club intends to operate this season in full capacity as we will be extending into the month of March based on USA Hockey extension.  In anticipation of possible issues we doubled up our summer practice schedule and when we were unable to begin games in September those Home Game slots were used as additional practice slots as well.

I know we cannot get back time we lost, however the organization needs to have the current tuition due to continue to operate efficiently.  Most all other organizations have collected full payment before September 1st.  In a normal year your tuition should be paid in full by October 1st.  Kevin Angert along with our organizations treasurer Patrick Muller have been working diligently with all families to collect tuition payments in a timely and convenient manner.

If the organization should have gaps of normal yearly contracted program operation, all tuition reimbursements on a team basis will be calculated on the back end of the season.

Examples for potential Tuition Reimbursements:

Lowered Game & Practice Counts due to State Regulated or USA Hockey Shutdowns

(Weather Related or Covid-19 team exposures does not comprise reimbursement on a team basis)

Thank You,
