You knew it was coming...  The community center has published their COVID 19 - Return to play guidelines, and also a COVID 19 - Waiver that all visiting teams must complete.

PLEASE SEND THIS LINK TO ALL VISITING TEAMS. Also inform the teams to complete the waiver and bring it to the game.

Lastly, as we come across other teams waivers and guidelines we will be posting them to that same page to help you and your team be prepared for travel.
