You are receiving this email because you are attending the EJEPL Showcase at IceWorks Skating Complex in Aston, PA. IceWorks looks forward to hosting this event and is excited to have all players on the ice competing!
With that being said, IceWorks has specific rink guidelines and procedures that must be followed in order to have a successful and safe event. The top priority at IceWorks has always been and will remain to be the health and safety of all customers, visitors, and staff. Attached to this email, you will find our rink guidelines and procedures for this EJEPL showcase for ALL persons entering our facility. Below, please find some important things to remember if you attend this showcase at IceWorks. We appreciate your patience and understanding with all of our procedures and guidelines. Please forward this information to your parents, players, and anyone from your club that may be attending the showcase at IceWorks.
Here are some important things to remember:
- All players, coaches, and game officials will be permitted to enter the rink 30 minutes before the start of your game. If 30 minutes is not enough time for players to get dressed, then they should come to the rink fully dressed and ready to play. All locker rooms will remain open all day for player use. Please do not bring any items of value inside the locker room as IceWorks will not be responsible for lost/stolen items brought inside the locker room.
- Spectators will not be allowed inside the rink or bleacher area. Only coaches going behind the bench, players, and game officials will be permitted to enter the rink. Anyone interested in viewing the game may do so in our IceWorks Pub or IceWorks café. There will be limited capacity in both restaurants and it will be a “first come first serve” area. Spectators will be let inside at game time to allow for proper cleaning of both areas. Live Barn will also be on the entire Showcase
- No alcohol consumption is to take place in the parking lot at any time.
- Our ProShop will be open for customer use on the Rink 1 and Rink 2 side of the facility. Please do not walk through the rinks to access our ProShop. All customers must walk outside and enter through the main lobby doors on the Rink 1&2 side of the facility.
- If you are here for a game or event on the Rink 1&2 side of the facility, please enter through those main lobby doors. If you are here for an event on the Rink 3&4 side of the facility, please enter the building using those main lobby doors. Please do not walk through the rinks at any time to get to the other side of the building.
- All persons outside should wear a mask only if social distancing is not possible. Masks should be worn at all times inside the building unless you are seated at a table in our restaurant or if you are a player on the ice. Coaches are required to wear a mask on the bench.
Also attached, please see our IceWorks Plan of Action for if someone is confirmed positive for the virus or if someone has come in to direct contact with someone who has been confirmed positive.
