I hope this message finds you and your family enjoying a wonderful start to the summer.

As we continue preparing for another exciting hockey season, I wanted to take a moment to personally reach out regarding one of the most important events on our annual calendar—the 2026 Woodbridge Wolfpack Golf Outing on Monday, August 10, 2026.

Over the years, our organization has been committed to providing every player with an exceptional hockey experience—one that extends well beyond wins and losses. From player development opportunities and coaching resources to equipment, events, community initiatives, and overall program enhancements, our mission has always been to continually elevate the experience for every Wolfpack family.

As many of you know, the cost of operating a first-class youth hockey organization continues to rise each year. Rather than simply passing every additional expense directly onto our families through tuition, we have worked hard to create meaningful fundraising opportunities that allow our entire community to invest in the continued growth of the Woodbridge Wolfpack.

Our annual Golf Outing is the cornerstone of those efforts.

The success of this event directly impacts our ability to improve our programming, create new opportunities for our players, and continue building the type of organization our families are proud to be a part of.

This is where we need your help.

We are not asking our families to personally fund the event. Instead, we are asking you to leverage one of the greatest resources we have—our incredible Wolfpack community.

• Anyone who believes in supporting youth sports and the development of young athletes

A single conversation can make an enormous difference.

Whether someone is interested in registering a foursome, becoming a hole sponsor, purchasing one of our sponsorship packages, or simply making a donation, every contribution—large or small—helps strengthen our program and directly benefits our players.

Last year's outing was an incredible success because of the commitment and generosity of our families, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters. Together we created a fantastic day that reflected everything our organization stands for.

This year, our goal is even bigger, and we aim to get everyone involved through individual team incentives.

We want to make the 2026 Golf Outing the best event in Wolfpack history—not simply because of the money raised, but because of what it represents: a united hockey family working together to invest in the future of every player who proudly wears the Wolfpack crest.

As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all qualifying sponsorships and donations are tax-deductible, and we are happy to provide any documentation businesses or individuals may need for tax purposes.
