Dear Wolfpack Families,
Welcome to another exciting season of Wolfpack Hockey!
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Joe Oliveri. I've been helping the Wolfpack behind the scenes for nearly 15 seasons, and I'll be assisting with the Player Portal again this year.
Before we can begin the season, we need to collect several required documents and registrations for each player.
Required for the 2026-2027 Season:
- USA Hockey Membership for the 2026-2027 season
- AHF/THF Membership
- A copy of your player's birth certificate (if it has not been submitted in a previous season)
- SafeSport certification (U18 teams only)
To make this process as simple as possible, the Wolfpack uses the BenchLocker Player Portal to securely submit all required information and documents.
Some team managers may have already sent your Player Portal login information. If not, don't worry—we will be sending portal invitations in bulk over the next few hours.

You will receive an email similar to the one below:
Hi Test Player,
We are sending you this invite to the BenchLocker Player Portal.
The portal lets you easily provide your updated USA Hockey Number, AHF/THF membership, upload required documents, and keep your player's contact information up to date.
Login Information
- Website: app.benchlocker.com
- Private ID: 123456
- Last Name: Player
If you have trouble logging in, simply reply to the email and be sure to include your Player ID and Last Name.
If you have more than one player in the organization, you will receive a separate invitation email for each player.
Getting Started
- Visit https://app.benchlocker.com
- Click Player Login.
- Enter the Private ID and Last Name from your invitation email.
- Once logged in, you'll immediately see which required documents or registrations are still outstanding.
- Upload any missing documents directly through the portal.
You can also update your email address, phone number, emergency contacts, and parent/guardian information by selecting Edit Player Information.
